San Francisco International Airport: 3 1/2 hours travel to Sierraville via Amtrak Train, Greyhound Bus Lines or car rental. Where possible the organizer can coordiate a ride to the hot springs with other participants traveling through or from the San Francisco area.
Sierraville is located just 1/2 hour from Truckee, along Interstate 80 and is just one hour's ride from Lake Tahoe.
Many participants like to include a trip to Lake Tahoe one of the world's most deep fresh water lakes after the training.
Weekend Training: $300 when paid before May 15; $400 thereafter. Does not include meals or accommodations.
5 Day Training: $650 when paid before May 15; $800 thereafter. Does not include meals or accommodations.
9 Day Training: $$800 when paid before May 15; $1008 thereafter. Does not include meals or accommodations

Accommodations and Meals at Sierra Hot Springs: Whether camping or staying in the Lodge or Globe Hotel, use of all of the facilities at the hot springs are included: hot springs and baths, swimming pool, comfortable lounge in the main Lodge and use of the guest kitchen.
Camping and R.V. rates: $27.50 per person per day. Includes use of all facilities. (No hook-ups for R.V's) There are an unlimited number of beautiful camping sites.
Rates for the Lodge and the Globe Hotel:
Private room: Sunday - Thursday: 1 person: $60.50; 2 persons: $88. Friday and Saturday rates: 1 person: $82.50; 2 persons: $110
Dormitory: Sunday - Thursday: $38.50; Friday and Saturday: $$49.50
The Globe Hotel is a wonderfully renovated, one hundred year old hotel in Sierraville, just one mile away.

Meals: You are responsible for providing your own meals. There is a fully equipped guest kitchen with refrigerators and "cubbies" for your dry foods both at the Lodge and Globe Hotel. You can easily maintain your preferred way of eating by preparing your own meals.
The Philosophy Cafe is an excellent, gourmet restaurant in the Lodge that serves breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings; prices vary. Evening meals are served Friday, Saturday and Sunday; prices vary from $7. to $17.
There are two restaurants in Sirraville, including the excellent Los Dos Hermanos Cafe. While there is a gas station/grocery store that has some vegetables and fruit and other foods, there re large grocery and health food stores 1/2 mile away in Truckee.
